Mrs. Talabi holds a first Degree from the University of Maiduguri and an MBA from the Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos. She obtained a Diploma from the indigenous Institute of Johannesburg in South Africa.

Her professional experience was gained working with several financial institutions in their marketing departments. Years after, having had a fill of working full time, she opted for her passion in produce buying business which she currently runs.

She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ATCO Enterprises Limited, a renowned name in Agricultural produce trading in Nigeria, with its operational base at Zaria in Kaduna and Lagos State. Her clientele base spans around Blue chips organizations such as; Cadbury, Guinness, Grand Cereals & Oil Mill Ltd., Food, Agro & Allied Ind. Ltd.
