Mrs. Iretioluwa Banjo holds the LLB and LLM degrees in Law from University of Ado-Ekiti and University of Lagos respectively. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigeria Branch and an LMDC Accredited Mediator.

She has practiced law for over a decade, specializes in commercial transactions and has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration and other alternative dispute mechanisms.

She was the Head of Chamber at Doyin Rhodes- Vivour & Co. Her areas of expertise include banking and finance, oil and gas, energy, construction and infrastructural projects, maritime, franchise and commercial disputes generally. She has acted as a Company Secretary/Legal Adviser to an insurance brokerage firm. Mrs. Banjo has participated in several arbitral proceedings. She involved in drafting, vetting or preparing opinion on complex agreements. She assisted clients in estate planning and in the administration and management of estate/trusts.
