Mr. Nwafor Chigbo is the Group Head Marketing, Superflux International Limited. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Sociology from the University of Jos and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calabar. He is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sales and marketing, spanning over 19 years.
He began his career in AfriOne Nigeria Ltd, a pioneer and premier internet, telecommunications, and online services company in Jos, Plateau State where he developed his interest in sales and marketing. He joined Superflux International Ltd in 2006 where he started as a business executive.
His career has been marked by his adeptness in sales and marketing, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. With an in-depth understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends, he crafts effective strategies that resonate with target audiences and deliver tangible results.
His proficiency extends to team leadership, having managed diverse sales and marketing teams to achieve ambitious targets. He is known for his collaborative approach, fostering cross-functional partnerships to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and other business units.
Chigbo has actively pursued professional development by completing several specialized training programmes. Notable among these are the Relationship Selling Programme, Strategic Sales Leadership Programme (Cranfield University UK) and the Senior Management Programme (Lagos Business School).
