Eucharia is a graduate of Management and Policy from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State and holds an MBA validated in Human Resource Management from Aldersgate College, Solano, Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines. She is a licensed HR Professional (HRPL) and an Associate (ACIPM) of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
She is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School (Pan-Atlantic University) where she completed Senior Management Programme in 2019.
Eucharia who is currently the Head of Human Resource Department has over ten (10) years experience in Human Resource Management. She joined Superflux in 2008 and has over the years functioned in diverse HR and other strategic roles.
Eucharia is HR Generalist with excellent interpersonal skills in managing large workforce with complex industrial relations.
